All volunteers will need their own IFRC learning account and access through OneLogin to book onto some courses through SAVi.
A training pathway has been designed for all volunteer welfare support line operators. This training will support operators in their roles.
A Criminal Record check is not required for this role.
Emergency Deployment training
This training was designed by the British Red Cross for people who are going to be deployed to support our response to the coronavirus.

Designed to support all volunteer operators on support lines across all services.

Safeguarding Adults and Children Awareness
Mandatory training all volunteers must undertake.
Each new volunteer operator will take part in a pre-deployment Welfare Support line briefing and guide through role specific information, on Zoom. This will be scheduled before your first shift.
