What information to gather

A Microsoft Form must be completed for each call. When you complete the Form for your call, you will be prompted to ask for this information:

• Type of volunteer (core or community reserve volunteer)
• Volunteer role
• Postcode

If you are unable to answer a caller’s query or if there is a complaint that needs to be escalated please , ask the caller’s consent to call them back. Please collect this personal information in order to call them back.
