Setting up supervisor dashboard on Ignite/Mitel

1. Sign in to Mitel using credentials
2. Go to your name, click, then press on Agent Groups to choose being a supervisor then click update
3. Go to dashboards
4. On the top right hand side, there is a plus sign (+) click to add new dashboard
5. New dashboard appears, click Add Widget
6. You can choose what to add but Agent State useful to track agents
7. Then a new little window with agent state appears, go to the right top corner of the window, click the Settings gear icon
8. A list of agents appears, can type in name of people you know are on shift in the filter space, select them (can select multiple) then click Apply
9. To save the dashboard for future so you don’t have to create it again, click Save near Add Widget, Options, Undo
