Pre-shift briefings

Briefings take place 15 minutes before your shift. Briefings include:

• Daily updates about the support line
• Events or occasions to be aware of (supervisor will consult the diversity calendar)
• Check operators are ready to answer calls
• Opportunity for operators to ask question before the shift starts
