How to sign up to a shift

Welfare support line shifts

The volunteer welfare support line is open from 10am to 7pm This has been split into three shifts of three hours for operators:

• 10am to 1pm
• 1pm to 4pm
• 4pm to 7pm

To sign up for a Welfare line shift:

1. Go to this spreadsheet, saved in OneDrive.
2. Either locate your name or add your name to the volunteer sign up list
3. On the bottom of the spreadsheet, find the week that you want to sign up for a shift. Enter the number 2 into the date and time you wish to reserve, and this will colour the cell green.

The excel sheets are labelled as week commencing start date so you can shift to other weeks and repeat above procedure.

In case you are not able to edit the document, on the right top hand corner of the spreadsheet there is a sign in button which you can click to enable access if needed.

The spreadsheet will be automatically saved. Please do not alter other people’s shifts.
