Microsoft form instructions

For each call received, please complete a Microsoft Form.

The Form will guide you through the information to collect from callers and can be completed during or just after a call. All completed Forms are stored in a secure online location and the data collected will be used to analyse common queries and other patterns which will in turn lead to an improvement in volunteer support.
