Equipment you will need

Operators will need this equipment to answer support line calls:

  • A quiet, private space, you won’t be interrupted in
  • A landline phone or mobile phone with signal
  • A computer or tablet connected to the Internet
  • Headphones, if you have some. This frees up your hands should you wish to take notes, to refer to the resources for responding to volunteer queries and to complete the form for each call.
